No lift access currently available, which significantly hinders convenience!!! The decor is stuck in the '80s and a refresh would do wonders!!! Stairs can be challenging for those with mobility issues!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, the shower was refreshing and the breakfast was well prepared, providing a variety of choices including a full English option, and the location is very convenient with proximity to a train station for easy exploration.

Had an awesome time at this place! The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid with lots of choices. My room was comfy and clean. I enjoyed seeing the Great Orme. Just a bit noisy some nights since the walls are kinda thin.

The breakfast here was a real treat with loads of tasty options, and I loved the cozy lounge where I could unwind with a good book. There's also a nice little patio for a breath of fresh air after a long day. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊

my family and i had a great stay at white heather. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shops. the breakfasts were fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. the rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Had a lovely 4-night stay in a standard twin room. The location was spot on! Staff were super friendly, especially Sam who helped with a birthday surprise. Breakfast was decent with loads of choices. The only bummer was that the bathroom felt cramped, especially the shower. Still, awesome hotel overall!
